My Professional experience as a Realtor started in 1993 with The Mary Ryder Company in Charlotte at the Arboretum. This company merged with Coldwell Banker Flouhouse and I stayed there until 1999.
I then had a brief stay with The Allen Tate Company until 2001 when I found and joined The Real Estate Link. It has been a pleasure to meet and work for so many wonderful people over the years. My objective as a Broker and member of The National Association of Realtors is to constantly stay on top of market conditions so that I will always be able to be the best advisor possible for my clients and customers.
I specialize in residential home and land sales in Mecklenburg and Union County. I am a native of North Carolina and know this area well. Feel free to contact me anytime. 704-236-7386

"We just wanted to let you know that we appreciate all of your assistance and professionalism when we were selling and buying homes this year. You helped make these potentially stressful times easier on all of us. We have recommended you to friends and neighbors for more than one reason. We wish you continued success in your business."
Sincerely, Michael & Michele York
"Just a note to thank you for all your help with my house. I know how difficult it has been to close, but you have handled everything with ease. Your relentless search for the right home for us was especially helpful. My children are so happy with the neighborhood and the schools. In the future, you can count on me to recommend you to anyone for their real estate needs. I just mentioned your name to a business client a few days ago."
Thanks again, Christine Busbee
"I appreciate all your efforts to sell our property, and the frequent updates are most welcome. The other realtor was very slack, but you have the drive and promptness to expedite the task at hand. We appreciate you…we got a copy of your ads and they are great, we really appreciate the 110% you are putting forth to sell our property, and we shall get it sold. And I feel confident that it will be sold, because your are a mover & a shaker."
Thanks, Brent Smith
